ROLE DESCRIPTION Gregory Moore Insurance in Las Vegas, Nevada, is an established and growth focused insurance agency. We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to reach out to potential customers, assess and understand their insurance needs, provide quotes, and ultimately earn their business.

We are currently hiring an insurance sales/service team member for our Las Vegas, Nevada location.

The ideal candidate will have
● Curiosity and a desire to understand prospects needs so they can provide appropriate products and services to them.
● The ability to connect and build rapport with people in person, on the phone, or over video calls.
● Experience in sales, serving, bartending, or competing in athletics is an added plus.
● The ability to multitask, using multiple systems to work through the sales process. You will be talking and typing often in this role.
● The ability to become Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensed prior to starting this role (Expenses are paid by company)
Responsibilities + Opportunities
● Meeting with prospects and customers to share our insurance products and services.
● Helping prospects and customers protect themselves from unexpected losses.
● Ultimately, being able to close your prospective customers on the products and services you’ve recommended.
● Documenting all conversations and ensuring you’re taking whatever action is needed to move the process forward. Paying attention to details.
● Your success will be driven by your ability to drive new business to the agency.
